Mr LIANG is an institutional real estate private equity professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, asset management, capital sourcing and fund management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust in New York, where he built the investment team, developed deal sourcing process, formulated investment strategies, and led significant transactions across key New York City assets. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust, where he managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing investments across office, retail and multifamily sectors. Mr LIANG began his career at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of real estate funds in Mainland China, Asia and the United States.

Mr LIANG holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
