Mr KHATRI has over 20 years' experience analysing macroeconomics and real estate markets, having formulated investment strategies that support asset allocation and secure investor capital across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. He started his career as an economist, focusing on macroeconomic research covering monetary policy, fiscal dynamics and fixed income across Europe. He then transitioned into the real estate sector, holding several key positions including Chief Economist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Global Real Estate Strategist at Aberdeen Asset Management, and Head of APAC Real Estate Research at Abrdn. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Research at Phoenix Property Investors, where he worked with the Chief Investment Officer to develop investment strategies and asset allocation policies. In addition, he prepared research materials for various funds, produced regular white papers on significant market topics, and provided market insights that facilitated the company's investment programme including their pivot into the logistics sector.
Mr KHATRI holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from the University of London’s SOAS and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
